SCRAP METAL

Now available Recovered Scrap Metal from mattresses. Metal is recovered from pocket springs being stainless steel coils/ springs being compressed and baled. The metal has a maximum 5% faction of cotton and felt fabric on the metal. The scrap metal can only be used for remelting only. Export HS Code 7204 4990.

The metal is available for export having in 40ft HC containers holding 25 tonnes +/-10%. The scrap metal for export follows the procedure of Notification for Waste Movement. All exports are required to follow pre-consent approval from the UK Environment Agency which we will arrange.

Weekly supply available of 100 Tonnes.

Cheap Mattress Felt

Now available for export Recovered Black/ Grey Mattress Felt. Felt is the material recovered from recycling of mattresses and is the layer of felt that sits between the pocket springs and foam.

The felt is processed and all factions of cloth and foam are removed. The felt comes in all sizes and the sizes are not sorted. The felt is compressed and baled in to bales weighing 400kg - 750kg.

The felt is available for export having in 40 ft HC containers holding 26 tonnes +/- 10%. The felt for export follows the procedure of Notification for Waste Movement. All exports are required to follow pre-consent approval from the UK Environment Agency which we will arrange.
